Join our client's team as an On-Call Hospice RN, providing compassionate care to hospice patients and their families in New Jersey. This role involves conducting assessments, coordinating care, and offering support to ensure a high standard of hospice services.
Compensation : $53 / hour
Location : Sussex County, NJ
Schedule : Flexible Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities as the On-Call Hospice RN :
- Patient Care : Conduct assessments and follow the established care plan for hospice patients.
- Medication : Administer medications and document treatments accurately.
- Coordination : Communicate with healthcare teams and families to coordinate care and address patient needs.
- Education : Provide patient and family education on care plans and medication use.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed and timely patient records.
- Support : Offer emotional support to patients and families, fostering independence and self-direction.
