You'll oversee inventory management, supervise pharmacy technicians, and ensure accurate, timely medication distribution to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Compensation : $120,000 - $130,000 / year
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
Responsibilities as the Staff Pharmacist :
Pharmacy Operations : Supervise technicians, manage schedules, and oversee medication inventory.
Medication Oversight : Ensure accurate, timely, and secure medication delivery.
Compliance : Maintain adherence to pharmacy regulations and corporate standards.
Medication Review : Verify medication administration aligns with orders and safety protocols.
Administrative Tasks : Handle payroll, new hire processes, and license management.
Quality Assurance : Manage medication returns, E-Kits, and proper pharmaceutical handling. Qualifications for the Staff Pharmacist :
Education : Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent required.
Licensure : Active Ohio Pharmacist License required (must maintain continuing education credits).
Experience : At least 2 years in retail or long-term care pharmacy, with proven skills in operations management and team leadership.
Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and compliance tools.
