Job Overview Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) :
Provide specialized care as a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) with our client in Aberdeen, SD. In this full-time role, you ll deliver evidence-based wound care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients in achieving optimal health outcomes.
Compensation : $35 - $38 / hour
Location : Aberdeen, SD
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Responsibilities as the Wound Care Nurse :
- Patient Care : Deliver nursing care guided by evidence-based practices, nursing theory, and scientific principles.
- Physician Orders : Accurately implement physician directives within required time frames.
- Condition Monitoring : Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions to ensure positive outcomes.
- Care Prioritization : Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity levels, and desired outcomes.
- Team Collaboration : Work with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
