Looking for a qualified assistant to assist the team with Listing Coordination, Marketing & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage systems & follow process for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support, including website
- Oversee all contracts through closing, tracking the deal in our CRM.
- Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment; such as signs, swag, etc.
- Responsible for onboarding new agents & supporting teams on a daily basis with listings and marketing.
- Manage marketing efforts, including events, mailers, flyers & social media posts, reels & stories
- Partner with Director of Operations on all big event coordination
- Assist on listing tasks including scheduling, installation or removal of lockboxes, signs, MLS entry, property website creation, etc
- Manage the marketing tracker by agent, by month recording the status, costs and holding agents accountable to their plans.
- Bring all testimonials & reviews into the website hub and support agents with promotion of those reviews.
- Provide weekly recaps to all sellers with an active listing providing data points and action points
- Manage special projects as needed
- Provide updates to the team as needed, participating in team meetings and running them while Team Leaders are out.
- Responsible for inputting Open House data and ensuring open house flyers, walking flyers are provided

Salary : $52,000 - $65,000
