As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as Tag Management and Privacy Consultant to support the Digital Analytics COE function.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an agile and well-rounded One Trust privacy and google tag manager expert who will be able to serve as the key tagging contact within the marketing analytics teams. This person will have a strong understanding of the type of information that is desired to be monitored on the website and within various media platforms. Tag Manager is a tag management system that encompasses all the analytics tags into a single container that can be invoked in web page within a single tag allowing marketers a single interface for achieving granular control over what can be measured on a web page.
S/he will immerse themselves in a suite of responsibilities including comprehensive GTM audits, container set up, tag and trigger configuration, ongoing maintenance, and best practice optimizations. Individual will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining privacy and cookie consent management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Audit the current GA4, UA and Floodlight tags and begin mapping out a tagging structure to ensure it is optimized, consistent and collecting data correctly.
- GTM job duties include account set up, tracking goal conversions and event tracking, cross domain tracking, tag testing and debugging GTM issues.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and implementation of best in class tagging architecture to endure data is collected accurately for long term success.
- Lead the initiatives for configuring and maintenance of tagging requirement within the consent management platform for several brands.
- Aid with GA4 implementation audits, data discrepancies and integrations with other systems.
- Build visualizations in tableau and looker studio leveraging Google Analytics as a source of data.
- Identify GA4 features and settings best suited to answer some of the most pressing business questions.
- Implement server side and 3rd party client-side tags for Google Ads, Meta, Call Tracking, SA360, TikTok etc. media platform.
- Implement Conversions API tracking for social media platforms.
- Maintaining the integrity of data and processes in OneTrust
- Implement CCPA, CPRA and other regulatory and compliance tags for the websites to make sure the organization follows the right steps to implement the processes that achieve CCPA, CPRA and other compliance requirements.
- Supporting the team with OneTrust assessments
- Hands-on support using Onetrust for Policy & Notice Management
- Hands-on support using OneTrust for Data Subject Requests to automate request to fulfilment to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio etc. to present data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
- Create reusable datasets ready for analysis.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Provide clean data sets to end users, modeling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions.
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology or Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Tag management expert or similar role.
- 1 year of experience in Cookie Compliance banner implementation, Consent Management and DSAR
- 1 year of hands-on experience as an OneTrust administrator
- In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Tag Management systems and Consent management platforms
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with various cross functional teams in an agile environment.

- Salary: Annual pay range: $120,000 - $150,000, plus bonus/incentives
