We’re seeking an Associate Creative Director with expertise across all facets of production—post-production, live action, print, and digital—to join our creative team. This role requires a strategic leader who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of creative execution across platforms.
The Role:
As the Associate Creative Director, you will oversee the creative and executional process across a variety of production mediums. From conceptualization to delivery, you’ll ensure that all assets—whether print, digital, live-action, or post-production—are aligned with the creative vision, brand strategy, and client goals.
You will act as a critical liaison between creative, production, and account teams, ensuring that our agency delivers exceptional work that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Strategic Leadership:
• Partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across live-action, post-production, print, and digital platforms.
• Ensure that all creative work—regardless of medium—delivers on strategy, engages target audiences, and meets client expectations.
• Champion creative innovation, exploring emerging trends and technologies in print, digital, and production to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
Live Action Production:
• Collaborate with producers and directors to plan, storyboard, and execute live-action shoots, ensuring the creative vision is realized on set.
• Provide on-set leadership to ensure the quality, efficiency, and alignment of all production elements.
• Oversee location scouting, casting, and production logistics with a focus on delivering premium results within scope.
Post-Production Oversight:
• Lead the post-production process, including editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading, ensuring final assets are polished and cohesive.
• Manage workflows across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, even in complex multi-version campaigns.
• Review and refine creative outputs to ensure technical excellence and alignment with the original concept.
Print Production:
• Oversee the creation of print assets, ensuring consistency in brand guidelines, typography, color, and imagery.
• Collaborate with print vendors to ensure quality control, accurate proofing, and timely delivery of materials.
• Stay informed about new materials, printing techniques, and sustainability practices to enhance the quality and impact of print deliverables.
Digital Production:
• Lead the development of digital-first campaigns, including banner ads, social media content, website assets, and interactive experiences.
• Develop design systems that adhere to brand guidelines and utilize efficient design methods, specifically in Figma.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and digital designers to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Ensure digital assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and user engagement.
Team Collaboration & Development:
• Mentor junior creatives and production staff, fostering growth and encouraging innovative thinking.
• Act as a key communicator between internal teams (account, strategy, creative, and production) and external vendors, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the production process.
• Provide clear feedback to elevate the quality of creative outputs while meeting project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 7 years of experience in a creative production role, with demonstrated expertise in live action, post-production, print, and digital.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across diverse media channels.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Skills & Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of live-action production workflows, from pre-production to post.
• Mastery of post-production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with print production techniques and digital media formats.
• Strong design sensibility, including expertise in typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
