Overview :
The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, we prefer to work with people coming from other industries.
It might seem strange that a company specializing in various financial services would be looking outside of "experienced" reps, but we've found so much success taking people from other industries like bartenders , servers , teachers , healthcare workers , and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities) so we've decided to lean hard in that direction.
Please Note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work from home job, dependable transportation is required.

Job Requirements :
- This is a commission sales role with weekly pay schedule
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (20 hour online self-study course)
- Reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
- Must be a People Person.
