Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visually appealing displays of live goods.
- Rotate and cycle stock to encourage sales.
- Create signs, set up, and clean display areas.
- Care for live plant products, remove dead/wilted product, and manage moisture levels.
- Track inventory and update labels on sale items.
- Report rack counts and provide customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
- Conversational fluency in English required.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (25-50lbs) and push/pull racks (50-100lbs).
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Reliable transportation to retail stores daily.
