We’re looking for a multi-talented Creative Brand & Content Specialist to join our team in-person and help shape the visual voice of our growing brand. This is a dynamic, mid-level role ideal for someone who’s equal parts designer, content creator, and brand builder.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing our social media channels, creating compelling photo and video content (including going live), and designing eye-catching packaging using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You’ll also play a critical role in maintaining brand consistency by managing our brand books and collaborating closely with our graphic design team to keep all banners, website visuals, and social media posts on-brand and up to date.
This position is based in our office (not remote) and will require regular collaboration across departments including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Design product packaging and promotional visuals using Illustrator and Photoshop
- Manage and update our brand books to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms
- Plan, film, and edit creative content for Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Host live selling sessions and create viral, community-focused content
- Work with our graphic design team on site banners, website assets, and social media content
- Schedule and post content using platforms like Canva, Klaviyo, and Shipfy
- Respond to DMs, comments, and light customer service inquiries
- Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our content strategy fresh
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must have)
- Canva

- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Mid-level experience in content creation and packaging design
- Strong visual design skills with a creative eye for storytelling
- Comfortable being on camera and leading live sessions
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects while staying organized
- Strong understanding of brand identity and consistency
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with other departments
- Must be available to work on-site (in-office) full-time
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
