Job Overview:

As an entry level Sales Account Executive, you will be focused on business development, creating and managing your client bases in a region. This role is responsible to increase client interest and awareness to TAGeX’s full range of brands and professional services. Engage with “main street to wall street” meaning small and medium size operators , as well as large corporate clients with multiple brands and locations. Each Account Executive works within an assigned territory and will be involved with new, current, and past clients to uncover qualified business opportunities. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and bringing creative real-world solutions to clients who find themselves in a transition, and successfully support the conversion via selling restaurant facility and equipment services as the largest nationwide provider. This inside sales role is highly focused on uncovering new leads through cold calling, as well as cross selling to existing clients, and handling some warm leads.

Emphasis on developing new client relationships and introducing those prospects to our professional service offerings. This position is capable of nurturing relationships and developing trust and asking the right discovery questions to learn about the client’s needs and goals. Sourcing information about clients and crafting a value proposition that will solve their immediate needs or long-term goals. In this role you will work closely with the customer service team for full life cycle execution, while the Sales Account Executive is accountable for the client relationship from prospecting to post project delivery.

Work closely with the Sale Manger for coaching and training on sales and customer relationship building to support your learning curve. Core Proficiency Areas:

· Create and maintain a prospecting plan as well as maintaining a daily planner to generate new lead opportunities for assigned territory. Identify key areas of opportunity for net new business.

· Incrementally grow existing clients and re-engage past clients. Creatively develop a multitude of client touch points to maintain and build client relationships long term.

· Create professional proposals for new, existing, and past clients. Responsible for proposals, presentations, financial accuracy, and coordinating terms of the sales, and staying engaged throughout the project experience. g.

· Team Contributions Resources. Be available to share and help fellow team members. Collaborate and brainstorm with co-workers to support the team’s success with executing the client’s project..

· Develop relationships with clients and demonstrate successfully delivering a high level of customer care, solutions, and results. .

· Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.

This position Requires:

· Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment that shares in the customer execution and excellence.

· Strong client solution-based skills and effective selling to executives, owners, and/or decision-makers with a consultative approach.

· Demonstrate organizational skills include managing multiple priorities, attention to detail, and strong execution, and creative can-do thinker and time management.

· Capability to develop client relationships, facilitating client engagement, and ability to uncover problems and challenges.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic.

· Strong desire and capability in cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.

· Highly proficient in the following software programs: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

Requirements:

· High school or college graduate.

· 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant industry or related field helpful.

Compensation

Base Salary Range $50,000 - $65,000 commissions quarterly Incentives, unrestricted income opportunity.

Travel: Very little

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm core hours
