What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance technician position at TAGG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC?
This position is a roaming maintenance technician. In this position you will be dispatched to various service tickets to repair both commercial and residential properties.
On top of the repair ticket aspect you may also be required to be a part of new install projects. These range from bathroom remodels to revamping a commercial store.
This position requires a lot of driving. You must have a good license with a clean history. We have a company truck that can be used if your vehicle cannot carry some of the load for some of the jobsites.
This will be a full time position with some night work.
We are a small, family run business with lots of growth potential as we grow. We have many large contracts and continue to add more every quarter.
We currently do not offer benefits but we are looking to get there as we grow. Please have at least 1-3 years experience in the Contruction field and know how to use tools.
Pay will be based on experience and how much training we have to provide.
