Join our dynamic team as an Customer Service Rep / Car Wash Attendant at our Santa Clara location!, you are essential to our daily operations. Each day, you happily greet, interact with, and assist customers. You proactively educate them on our services, pricing, and special offers, making recommendations and up-selling passes. You carefully prepare vehicles by identifying areas that may be difficult for our equipment to access. The safety of our customers is your top priority as you direct drivers into the car wash tunnel. You become well versed in any special circumstances based on different vehicle make and models. You love that you get to work outside as well as interact with your team members and customers each day!

Your Life as a Customer Service Rep / Car Wash Attendant:
- Flexible schedule with 5-8 hour shifts
- Sundays off
- Essential to daily operations, providing quality customer service
- Greet and assist customers, educate them on services, pricing, and special offers
- Prepare vehicles for washing, identifying challenging areas
- Prioritize customer safety
- Work outdoors, interacting with team members and customers daily
Please note that work hours may vary depending on the weather. We cannot guarantee that you will receive all scheduled hours, as our needs can change based on weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective operation of the car wash facility
- Provide quality customer service, including greeting and assisting customers
- Educate customers on available services, pricing, and special offers
- Assist customers at the pay station, process and collect payments
- Set up accounts, provide information, and answer questions
- Manage the wash process, including vehicle preparation and visual inspections
- Protect vehicles by securing wipers, pushing in mirrors, checking truck beds, etc.
- Direct drivers, provide instructions, and operate wash mechanisms
- Observe operations to detect malfunctions or customer errors, activate emergency stops if necessary
- Perform periodic equipment maintenance as directed by the Site Leader
- Maintain site cleanliness through regular cleaning tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- May be required to climb ladders as part of cleaning duties.
- Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.
