What You’ll Do:
Enhance Customer Experience & Lead Service Operations
- Manage customer service operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Own complaint resolution and handle escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Marketing to align service strategies with company-wide goals.
Turn Customer Incidents into Opportunities
- Own the customer incident response process from intake to resolution, ensuring every situation is handled with care and professionalism.
- Turn incidents into opportunities by restoring trust, finding the “wow”, and strengthening relationships.
- Partner with site leadership to identify trends and implement preventative solutions.
Drive Key Business Developments & Strategic Initiatives
- Play a vital role in acquisitions, customer engagement improvements, and service integrations across locations.
- Develop & share customer scorecards to track customer experience metrics.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting
- Collect and analyze customer data to refine service strategies.
- Implement tools like Google Review and NPS feedback systems to drive actionable service improvements.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver monthly reports on customer insights.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Operations to align customer engagement with business objectives.
- Report directly to the Customer Experience Manager, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a strong customer-first culture.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Proven Leadership – At least 5 years of customer service experience, with prior supervisory or management experience.

Position Details:
- Full-Time, Exempt
- In-office position - St. George Support Office
- Comfortable with occasional on-site work and standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

- Availability for Saturday shifts as part of the regular schedule.
