What You’ll Do:

Social Media Management:
- Own day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and audience.
- Respond to comments and messages with a positive, authentic brand voice.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Community Marketing Support:
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations.
- Assist in supporting local events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with our brand.
- Collaborate with the team to create campaigns that resonate with local communities.
- Content Creation:
- Create and schedule platform-specific content (graphics, photos, videos, written copy).
- Partner with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Generate short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Data and Strategy:
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and adjust strategies to meet engagement and growth goals.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with broader campaigns.
- Be flexible and supportive of other marketing initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (organic and paid).
- Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing (organic and paid).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with community engagement, event planning, or local partnerships.
- Video editing skills and a good eye for visual content.
- Familiarity with Monday or other project management tools.

Position Details:
- Full-Time, Exempt
- In-office position at our Lehi or St.George Support Office
- Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 30%)
- Ability to Lift, Carry, Push, or Pull up to 25 Pounds

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and desk work
