Credit & Cash Analyst

Taghleef is seeking a Credit & Cash Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team in Newark, DE or Terre Haute, IN. This position will focus on multiple accounting and finance functions, presenting a great opportunity to work in various functions of the accounting department.

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily cash application functions and initiate cash settlements.
• Record cash journal entries and close invoices for initiated wire payments.
• Involve in month-end activities to close per HQ guidelines.
• Complete account reconciliations and be proactive at identifying major discrepancies.
• Actively work with internal and external auditors in providing support items.
• Responsible for collection of open receivables and assist in executing effective strategies and initiatives to achieve continuous receivable delinquency improvement that contributes to a lower DSO.
• Ensures timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, questions, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, and disputes.
• Assist manager in preparation of weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Assist with ad hoc projects.
