Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, developing and implementing quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
About the Role
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for product quality issues from external customers and internal processes.
- Lead Quality Leadership Team reviews for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with ISO-9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product conformance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Chemistry or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick and appropriate decisions.
- Proficient at multitasking and prioritizing work between supporting manufacturing in the plant and using business enterprise software.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of quality systems and solid working knowledge of processes and products.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal local supervision.
