Job Description
The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality control processes across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product conformance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead Quality Leadership Team reviews for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with ISO-9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Chemistry or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick and appropriate decisions.
- Proficient at multitasking and prioritizing work between supporting manufacturing in the plant and using business enterprise software.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of quality systems and solid working knowledge of processes and products.
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal local supervision.
