What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fashion Data Entry Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering top-notch results. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our product information, which directly impacts our online presence and customer engagement. You will be involved in data entry, verification, and quality assurance, meticulously organizing and managing our product database.

• Product Data Entry
• Enter detailed information such as descriptions, prices, sizes, and colors.
• Ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Data Verification
• Cross-check data with source documents for accuracy.
• Maintain consistency and correctness in all listings.
• Quality Assurance
• Conduct regular quality checks on data.
• Correct any discrepancies or errors.
• Inspect clothing items for quality and defects.
• Image Verification
• Ensure SKUs match the correct products.
• Verify images comply with intellectual property laws.
• Product Information Management
• Update and maintain product information in the database.
• Ensure accurate representation of products on the website.
• Adherence to SOPs
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Understand rules and procedures before performing tasks.
• General Warehouse Tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Use hand trucks and carts to move items safely.
• Organize products systematically for easy access.
• Miscellaneous Tasks
• Assist with other duties as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Operate safely around machinery and equipment.
• Adapt to varying noise levels.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Perform additional warehouse activities as required.

• Passion for Fashion or E-commerce: Love the fashion industry or have experience in e-commerce
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in entering and verifying data to ensure correctness
• Typing Speed and Accuracy: Type at least 45 words per minute with precision.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with data entry software, Excel, and relevant computer applications.
• Time Management Pro: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
