We are adding an energetic, knowledgeable catering supervisor to our team!
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for reading and understanding all event work orders to make an appropriate plan in order to execute the event and its timeline.
- Involved in event operations including guest relations, logistics, quality improvement and food safety
- Responsible for selling and increasing catering revenu
- Tracks and monitors labor and food cost for each catering event
- Maintains excellent verbal and written communication with all catering clients
- Alerts area manager to any potential problems: consistently monitoring standards and makes recommendations for improvements
- Ensures all post-event breakdowns and side work are done correctly
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned by leadership

- Minimum of 3-5 years catering experience
- Knowledge of food and catering trends
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve, analyze, and make effective decisions
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
- SERV Safe Certification preferred
- Able to pass a criminal background check
