Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and manage all catering events within K-12 schools.
- Supervise catering staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the K-12 Chef on menu planning and food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of catering events, budgets, and expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and staff to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Oversee daily production records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Proactively address issues and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and service.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
