Position Overview
Position Type: Full – Time, Year-Round
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry level Maintenance Worker who thrives in a relaxed, nature-focused environment. As part of our team, you will be dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that reflect the spirit of our unique mountain community.
This position is responsible for performing semi-skilled and skilled tasks in maintaining and repairing association buildings, facilities, and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to; painting, minor carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor HVAC work.
- Maintain grounds, including mulching, raking, sweeping, shoveling, digging, planting, dust blowing/mitigation, mowing lawn, repairing drip irrigation supply lines and emitters, collecting trash, snow removal and other ground duties.
- Perform cleaning activities, such as dusting, scrubbing, mopping, and trash removal.
- Complete regular preventative maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.
- Perform seasonal facility maintenance, including moving furniture, installing windscreens, gutter, downspout cleanout, storing seasonal assets, and cleaning.
- Set up and break down capital job projects, ensuring the use of basic safety rules, appropriate equipment, and proper work techniques.

Skills Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Requires possession of a valid Class C Driver License with a driving record meeting the minimum standards required by the Association insurance carrier.
- Must be willing to work holidays and busy periods
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma plus one (1) year of experience in heavy manual work equipment operation or an equivalent combination of formal training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform all the duties of the position.
