Job Summary: As a Landscaper you will help in daily preparation and maintenance of Tahoe Mountain Club’s landscaping.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Trimming trees
- Clean up detail
- Pruning flowers
- Weed-eating and trimming
- Blow common areas
- Planting trees and flowers
- Push mowing
- Shoveling and digging
- Pull weeds
- Rake pine needles and leaves
- Pick up trash
Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks, not specifically addressed above.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses: Must have minimum three years of experience on a golf course maintenance crew.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and speak English or Spanish for instruction and understanding of safety procedures is required. Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication with managers and fellow coworkers. Must display professional demeanor and communicate in professional language at all times.
Certificates/Licenses: Non-Supervisory Harassment Prevention Training required within in first 30 days of hire.
Safety Training: Lock down tagout, fire extinguisher, heat illness prevention
