What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enhancement Paraprofessional position at Tahoe Truckee Unified School District?
This position supports the instructional program by providing instruction, academic support, direction, information and expertise to individual students or groups of students in specific content areas under the direction of the principal. When assigned to a specific classroom, this role has additional accountability to the certificated teacher for that classroom.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and academic support to individual students or groups of students in specific content areas.
- Offer guidance and information to students as needed.
Requirements
- A TB test is required upon job offer.
- Fingerprints/Livescan are required upon job offer.
- NCLB Compliance is required upon job offer.
- Letters of recommendation must be submitted, up to three are accepted.
- Proof of high school graduation is necessary.
- A resume is required.
Work Environment
This position works on a variable schedule during the 2023-2024 school year. Employment is available both full-time and part-time.
