We're searching for skilled electricians to support our Specialty Construction division, an integral part of what makes us one of the fastest growing companies! TAI’s Electrical Field Services division provides quality support to assure the reliability of Industrial Electrical Systems including installs, maintenance and troubleshooting repairs.
Projects variety examples :
Troubleshooting transformers and generation systems at a Food & Beverage site.
Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions for the clean room of an international pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing :
Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including installing (rigid) conduit and wirings, motors, instrumentation, recording devices, starters and temporary wiring setups.
Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions so as to maintain equipment in a state of operating effectiveness.
Maintain and repair plant instrumentation.
Develop wiring diagrams as necessary.
Use precision instrumentation such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger, wattmeter, etc.
Install, maintain and repair a wide variety of cranes, elevators, power doors, hoists and related equipment. Perform all aspects of maintaining overhead crane systems.
Complete records and inventory of supplies necessary for performance of jobs.
Perform preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance on electrical devices and other equipment.
You'll be a perfect fit if you have :
High school diploma or GED.
Journeyman papers or five or more years of experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain one
Ability to travel to local sites.
Complete knowledge of all current and voltage characteristics such as single phase, 3 phase, 110v, 220v, 440, 12.5KV and D.C. voltage.
Compensation and benefits offering :
Pay : $30 - $38 an hour (based on experience)
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
