Projects variety examples:
- Work within a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical site to calibrate and test field instrumentation and control loops.
- Perform an overview of the existing calibration points and suggest best practices to improve calibration time.
- Work with TAI’s Automaton & Controls Engineers to provide turnkey instrumentation solutions.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Receive mentorship and training by working side by side with a talented team of Senior Instrument Technicians.
- Work within a variety of cutting edge pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities to provide calibration services.
- Provide excellent customer service by working closely with clients to provide technical calibration solutions and project execution.
- Perform calibrations of instruments approved for use on: Autoclaves, Incubators, Freezers, Refrigerators, BMS/BAS Systems, Bioreactors, AHU’s, CIP/SIP Systems, RODI Systems, WFI Systems, Utility Systems, and Fermenters.
- Troubleshooting and Repair of complex instrumentation systems.
- Assists in programming, maintenance and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers and process/environmental monitoring systems.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.
You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
- An Associates degree or trade school certification within instrumentation, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, biotechnology, or other relevant program of study. A high school diploma or equivalent is also acceptable.
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- An aptitude within maintenance, mechanical or electrical trades.
- A desire to work with your hands and in the field.
- Prior experience within industrial, pharmaceutical, lab, or manufacturing plant is a plus!

Compensation and benefits offering:
- Pay: $20 - $32.50 a year (based on experience)
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
