Our Millwright will provide support to industrial/manufacturing sites in the Baltimore region. The ideal individual will maintain, repair, and install equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.

Here's a Taste Of What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and follow safety, health and environmental requirements and maintain a safe work area.
- Observe machinery in operation to identify/troubleshoot/repair mechanical issues.
- Dismantle equipment to gain access to remove, repair, replace defective parts or assemblies.
- Document Job Completion.
- Perform bench repair/rebuilds.
- Utilize basic CMMS work orders.
- Perform rigging to set large equipment.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of five years of experience working as a mechanic or millwright in an industrial setting.
- Prior experience in heavy industrial process industries such as: minerals. Steel, and/or chemical.
- Familiarity with large horsepower equipment/motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, mobile equipment, and rigging equipment.
- Knowledge of powder handling equipment is a decided plus (belt & pneumatic conveyors, screws, hoppers, dust collectors, storage silos & feeders).
- Knowledge of powder packaging equipment a decided plus Must be able to work overtime and weekends at Company's discretion.
- Industrial electrical experience preferred. High-Voltage and/or PLC knowledge a plus.
- Work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to follow procedures and work instructions and able to resolve issues where no specific instructions exist.
- Ability to travel to job sites in Baltimore/DC region, some travel outside this radius may be required.
- Pay: $30 - $38 an hour (based on experience).
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm’s performance, employee performance, and tenure).
