Position Summary:
The Associate Director will have responsibility for helping lead the US launch of NSCLC EGFR Exon 20, including the development of strategies and tactics for both Health Care Providers (HCPs) and patients. In this important role, you will lead launch planning meetings, work with the agency of record to develop HCP and patient tactics and work with cross-functional teams to ensure there is an integrated, well planned, and well executed go to market launch plan. The role requires a strong track record of success in US launch planning and execution and a strong background in HCP/patient promotions. In addition, this role will also have the opportunity to work in the Global Marketing space, assisting with select activities related to pipeline assets. The unique hybrid nature of this role requires a decisive individual with strong marketing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high curiosity and ‘can do’ attitude – a person who thrives on leading, ‘building,’ and tackling significant projects important to the growth of the company. As this will be a visible role, the individual will also need to have confidence in presenting to senior level executives and field teams.
Performance Objectives:
Lead portions of the US launch for a novel asset in the NSCLC Exon 20 space.
Help lead development of the brand’s omnichannel experience (i.e., salesforce and digital), promotional strategies and tactics, including materials for both HCPs and patients, from concept through Medical Legal Review (MLR) reviews and final execution
Initiate and manage all aspects of the Speaker Bureau
Work closely with the Agency of Record to manage timelines and budgets
Partner with Market Research to identify key insights and strategies to drive launch success
Attend US based conferences to understand key market developments and perspectives of scientific leaders
Participate in select activities in Global Marketing to develop the brand foundations for pipeline assets, working with various regions
Education/Certification Requirements:
BA/BS degree in science or business-related discipline preferred, or the equivalent in experience.
MBA or advanced like degree would be a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience (working within a marketing team with significant responsibilities in HCP promotions. Patient promotions experience desirable, sales experience desirable).
Minimum of 1-2 years of Oncology/hematology experience required d.
Strong scientific acumen and business acumen, with the ability to use knowledge of the industry and marketplace to formulate strategies that identify long-term benefits for our customers.
Understanding of compliance environment in pharmaceutical promotions, as well as Pharma Guidelines and Sunshine Act.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent organization, project, and time management skills. Timeline focused.

The incumbent in this position may be required to perform other duties, as assigned.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $198,900 to $234,000 annually. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, meijob-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, commissions, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
