We invite you to join us.   Hybrid Employee Value Proposition: The Medical Affairs Fellowship at Taiho Oncology Inc., will provide the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals to gain valuable experience with the Medical Leads and Scientific Communications and apply skills for potential healthcare/pharmaceutical industry opportunities. Position Summary   The Medical Affairs Fellowship at Taiho Oncology will provide the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals to gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work experience. Fellows will be immersed in the environment of a global pharmaceutical company and work with the Medical Affairs team on assigned projects with Medical Affairs Product Leads.  Our program includes instructor led trainings, career presentations by senior leadership, and a guided mentorship program to offer professional and personal development. Performance Objectives: Works with Medical Affairs Product Leads in collaboration with matrix teams on development of the Integrated Medical Affairs Plan (e.g., Evidence Generation, Medical Field, Scientific Communications, Medical Information) for the Hematology and Oncology portfolio. Works with the Director of Scientific Content on development of disease state information, scientific product knowledge, competitive product comparisons, Medical Affairs launch and literature reviews, and medical alerts dissemination. Assist with planning and implementation of medical activities and development of content for scientific congresses. Remains up to date on emerging scientific data, especially oncology and hematology, to enable robust scientific content reviews for medical review committee. Ensure adherence to all applicable SOPs, laws, and regulations for compliance and quality. Education/Certification Requirements:    Graduate of MBA/MA/MS program. Graduate of doctoral program (PharmD, PhD, DNP). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task. Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams. Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Critical thinking skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific data and technical information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.     The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $74,800 - $88,000 annually. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, commissions, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.   If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.    #LI-Hybrid #Location-Princeton,NJ
