About the Role:
As the Reception Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable communication about pet care needs. From resolving customer grievances to maintaining the integrity of care instructions, your organizational skills and customer-focused approach will set the tone for our facility. You’ll collaborate closely with the Kennel Manager to ensure smooth operations and report directly to the Executive Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and grievances with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Data Integrity: Accurately manage and update pet care instructions to ensure seamless communication between staff and pet owners.
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, schedule appointments, and process payments efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service or reception management role, preferably in the pet care industry.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Communication Skills: Friendly, clear, and professional communication with clients and staff.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with scheduling software, payment systems, and basic computer functions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to train, guide, and motivate a team.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
