Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling and preparation.
- Support the cooking staff during peak service times by helping with food assembly and plating.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and properly maintained after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or needs related to food service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Skills
