Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe drinking environment.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as required, showcasing hospitality skills in various settings.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- A background in hospitality or catering can be beneficial for this position.
