Duties

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including specials and dietary options, to enhance guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items are presented beautifully.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers while adhering to food safety standards.
Skills
- Experience in high volume restaurant
- Proficient in customer service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
