Job Title : Line Cook
Job Duties :
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen stations to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare food items by cleaning, cutting, and cooking ingredients for main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
- Plate prepared foods according to established food specification guidelines.
- Collaborate with servers to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring proper storage at the end of shifts.
- Uphold kitchen operational procedures and adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
- Handle High Volume / Tickets and do well under pressure.
