Offshore Clerk will work with construction supervision to accurately track personnel on and off of Flotel. This position will report to the Flotel PIC.
Requirements
- Ensure Morning and Evening Transfer list is accurate before transfer.
- Identifying Day and Night Shift workers.
- Identifying Personnel for the core construction crew and when they crew change.
- Identifying personnel for the noncore construction crew and when they need to come out and go in.
- Provide clerical support as needed.
- Provide the Flotel PIC with support during transfers to and from the vessel.
- Checking for proper PPE during transfer.
- Checking name to and from the platform during transfer.
- Attend/host morning and evening pretransfer meetings with the Construction crews.
- Attend meetings with the asset offshore leadership team.
- Taking proactive approach to safety on the job site.
- Keep management aware of any daily problems or anticipated problems with the project.
- Set up flights to and from the flotel for crew change and/or medivac.
- Crew/POB management in Helipass.
- Ensure transfer permit is live and printed before the morning transfer.
- Assist boat crew/PIC with tasks when needed.
- Maintain daily personnel report and submit to leadership team daily.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an offshore work environment.
- Computer and reporting skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Outlook)
- HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training)
- Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
