Marketing Intern

Hours: 20 hours per week

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance metrics.

Influencer Outreach

• Identify, research, and engage influencers to promote the restaurant and hotel venues.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers and collaborators.

Email Marketing Campaigns

• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Segment email lists, craft compelling content, and analyze campaign performance.

Marketing Collateral Coordination

• Oversee marketing collateral requests and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with graphic designers.
• Proofread and review materials for accuracy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Strategy Support

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant analytics tools.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience or coursework in social media marketing, influencer relations, or email marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with:
• Mailchimp for email marketing.
• Meta Business Suite for social media management.
• Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for the hospitality industry with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Note: This is a part-time internship (20 hours per week), providing an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in marketing within the hospitality industry.
