Full Time Toddler Nanny

A loving, down-to-earth family in Waukesha is seeking an experienced nanny for their sweet daughter.

This family cherishes spending time outdoors and enjoys hiking and going on walks. Mom has a passion for cooking and dreams of passing down cherished family recipes to her daughter someday. Dad, who loves to write, has been creating heartfelt daily notes for their daughter to look back on in the future (so sweet!).

The 16-month-old is an absolute sweetheart who adores snuggles. She enjoys listening to music, having dance parties, doing arts and crafts, and going for walks and exploring outside whenever possible.

Mom and Dad are seeking a nanny who will be present and engaging with their daughter, creating a safe and enriching environment where she can thrive. The ideal candidate will be patient, calm, loving, proactive, and adaptable. A nanny with knowledge of developmental milestones who enjoys finding creative ways to nurture and support their daughter’s growth would be an excellent fit for this family.

The family is looking for a nanny who will proactively plan fun and age-appropriate activities and outings to engage their daughter. They would love for the nanny to suggest local classes and ensure daily outdoor time, such as going for walks.

While the toddler’s care is always the top priority, the nanny will also handle baby-related tasks during downtime. These include baby laundry, keeping her nursery and common areas tidy and organized, meal prep, and loading/unloading the dishwasher.

The family views the nanny as a vital part of their parenting team and is excited to welcome their new nanny into their home!

Schedule:

• Core hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Post-call days: Every two weeks, Mom will have post-call days. During these weeks, the nanny may have one day off. A post-call schedule will be provided one month in advance.

Compensation:

• $23-$25 /hour
• Guaranteed 32 hours/week
• Benefits include:

Notes:

• The family has 3 sweet and friendly cats (no pet care required).
• Mom is allergic to fluffy dogs. A nanny with a dog is okay, but pet hair must be managed carefully.
