Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT and / or PROFORMA) and / or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.Required Skills and Experience Five years of experience in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and / or PROFORMA Five years of experience supporting the DOD or other government agency Required Education and Training Level 1 - 6 years or AA 4 years or BS 0 years; Level 2 - 9 years or AA 7 years or BS 5 years or MS 3 years; Level 3 - 12 years or AA 10 years or BS 8 years or MS 6 years; Level 4 -15 years or AA 13 years or BS 10 years or MS 9 years
