About the Job
We currently have an exciting remote temporary opportunity for a Specialist, Inventory Control - Temp to join our Inventory Control team. This individual is responsible for the thorough analysis of inventory shipment transactions and maintaining inventory records. The Specialist II, Inventory Control assist with providing accurate and timely merchandise tracking information and help to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected in the system of record. This is a temporary position for approximately 8-12 months.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the profitability of the retail operations by assisting with the management of store inventory in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail locations, store operations, distribution center staff, and financial management.
- Process and research issues from incoming calls and emails in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Review store receiving documents and partner with stores to resolve errors.
- Oversee and assist with annual physical inventory including, reconciliation, validation, adjustments, and reporting of results.
- Maintain constant compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Additional duties as assigned.

The starting rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
