Job Overview

Schedule weekends: 8am-11am and 3pm-5pm

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Administer medication under the direction of a healthcare professional
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, childcare, or direct support roles
- Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with resident rights and long-term care practices
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities
- Nursing background or certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
