Job Title : Business Analyst III

Work Setting : Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)

Schedule : 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

Pay Rate : $48.43 / hour on W2 (weekly pay)

Conversion or Extension : Based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you'll be the main point of contact for customers in Futures & Options and OTC clearing. Your role will involve managing client relationships, providing trade / position support, and addressing product inquiries across the derivatives space. You'll support top-tier institutional clients and provide exceptional customer service to strengthen these relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer client queries on trades, positions, commissions, lifecycle events, and product offerings.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, managing escalations and research.
• Coordinate client requests and maintain regular meetings to discuss trends and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions for client needs and operational issues.
• Promote self-service and reduce manual processes for clients.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and contact information.
