Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Location: New York, NY 10001 - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Duration: 06 Months contract with a possibility of extension

Start: Targeting February 2025

Pay Rate: $56.90/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Summary:

The main function of the Compliance Specialist is to ensure company-wide compliance operations are planned and effectively executed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with legal, privacy and product leadership teams (including client Executives) to ensure the cross-company work on regulatory priorities is planned, implemented and executed in an efficient & effective manner.
• Align necessary cross-functional business strategies to ensure success in operational execution.
• Drive greater consistency of process, practices, and execution across company-wide privacy workstreams.
• Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity while building operational cadences across technical and operational teams to coordinate work.
• Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.

Skills:

• Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse functions to achieve business goals.
• Works well independently and a strong team player.
• Strong skills in Google Suite

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent business writing skills to update regulatory artifacts, Standard Operating Procedures, training material, etc.
• 4 years of operations or program management experience (e.g. organization-wide initiatives, large-scale integration management)
