We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the review and translation of documents for international account openings. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of account information by handling customer details, answering basic account inquiries, and reviewing documentation for translation. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that accounts are opened in compliance with necessary guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Request and gather missing customer details for account opening processes.
- Answer basic account-related inquiries and provide customer support through various communication channels.
- Open new accounts and update existing account records accurately in the system.
- Handle customer correspondence professionally, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
- Review documents for translation and ensure all necessary information is accurately presented.
- Assist with the resolution of any operational issues related to client accounts.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in data entry and account management.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address operational challenges and ensure a seamless account opening process.
- Exhibit flexibility in handling direct client interactions and working independently on research or documentation tasks.
