Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing first-contact resolution for account and client onboarding & maintenance processes. You will collaborate with internal partners, including branch office teams and customer service representatives, to support brokerage account establishment and maintenance.
This position requires strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines set forth by governing bodies such as the SEC, IRS, and FINRA. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to provide client-centric solutions.
