Job Posting: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months with Possibility of Extension
Pay Rate: $63-70/hr on W2
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 8 , Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, and Kubernetes.
- Build scalable web applications with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS for back-office operations.
- Develop distributed systems for POS Events and Financial transactions.
- Lead the design and prototyping of solutions, setting team standards.
- Implement telemetry and monitoring solutions to proactively address issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in Java 8 , Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kafka, SQL.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., RDS, ECS, EKS, DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of AWS multi-region architectures for high availability.
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Strong security awareness, including secure coding practices.
- Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS Route 53, CloudFront, and Global Accelerator for multi-region deployments.
- Advanced knowledge of Kafka, NoSQL, and microservices architecture.
- Background in performance optimization and scalability.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development, including full-stack engineering.
- 3 years of experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
