Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Indirect Procurement Analyst to manage and streamline our procurement processes for indirect categories, including Professional Services, Marketing, Workplace Operations, and SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, possess hands-on experience with procurement systems such as Oracle Cloud, and excel at providing guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Change Order submissions using Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Monitor and manage all PRs and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the PR / PO lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
- Perform routine PO maintenance, including ownership transfers and closure of expired POs.
- Interpret and analyze commercial terms within supplier agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and record non-compliant purchasing activities in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve tickets within the Procurement Help Desk, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve open issues.
- Compile, validate, and analyze reporting data for presentation to stakeholders.
- Document and circulate detailed internal guides to support process changes and enhancements.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate procurement requirements into technical specifications.
- Support and manage ad-hoc projects, including performance monitoring against project goals.
