Location : Flexible or Work-from-Home (depending on the candidate's location). Open to remote candidates working in EST.
Initial Assignment Length : 10 Months contract with possibility for extension / conversion pending attendance, performance, and business need
Pay Range : $39 / hour to $50 / hour, paid weekly!
Target Start Date : 02 / 17 / 2025 (pending completion of new hire onboarding)

Key Functions :
- This dynamic role is central to the success of Client Healthcare's marketing campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in marketing, customer data, and campaign management systems to strategize, create, target, and launch communications to our customers.
- The role requires versatility and the ability to collaborate with various teams and individuals. You will not simply follow a step-by-step process to execute campaigns, but will be empowered to take ownership of strategy, lifecycle marketing, brand discussions, and more. You must have the aptitude and desire to expand your skillset, and you'll have the opportunity to focus on areas that excite you.
- In this position, critical thinking and effective communication are essential. You will constantly evaluate whether campaigns are being executed in the best possible way, considering whether the target audience is correct and how the campaigns can be improved. Data-driven insights will guide decision-making and shape the success of the campaigns.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer direct marketing, emphasizing campaign development and management (B2C). Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.SQL experience and familiarity with various data platforms and structures are highly valued, as they allow for effective use of the CDP platform to design and implement campaigns.Fundamental understanding of HTML, including experience with email send providers (ESPs). Familiarity with best practices for optimal delivery and customer engagement and developing campaigns with dynamic content tailored to specific customer segments.strong attention to detail, with a commitment to understanding customers' preferences and privacy to ensure communication reflects those needs.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage campaign implementation and share best practices with fellow campaign advisors.Collaboration is key - enjoy working with teammates and business partners to brainstorm creative solutions.Ability to communicate requirements to IT in layman's terms while managing expectations, timelines, and risks. Serve as a liaison and relationship manager between different teams.Proactive and self-driven approach - ability to initiate tasks with minimal guidance and manage work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Experience with various direct marketing platforms (e.g., RedPoint, Teradata, Salesforce) is a plus.Apply past marketing experience to help the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) measure campaigns more effectively, reduce costs, increase revenue, and drive customer actions.Non-negotiable skills :

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.5 years of experience in customer campaign implementation (B2C).
