Job Description :
The Marketing Business Operations team works in partnership with business leaders across marketing and cross-functional teams to serve as the key point of contact in the areas of global business performance and strategic insights. The team identifies key areas of improvement within current marketing measurement solutions and works closely to prioritize roadmaps with partner teams. At times this role needs to serve as a project leader, unifying regional needs into holistic globally scalable solutions. The team is highly visible throughout the organization and in particular to the senior leadership who depend heavily on the perspectives of the team to inform important decisions, as well as, execute highly visible special projects to drive the ongoing growth and scalability of the marketing business.
The Marketing Business Ops team is looking for an experienced Manager to act as a parental leave backfill to manage our operational insights tools within Marketing. This role will be responsible for partnering across multiple diverse sets of teams including, marketing, data science, finance, and product teams to put together an infrastructure that can enable our Marketing operations and insights.
Key Responsibilities : Manage the ongoing support and roadmaps for our third-party marketing tools in the Marketing ecosystem, including Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, MailChimp, Salesforce insights, and other early-stage pilot programs with GenAI tools.Develop, iterate, and report a global suite of marketing metrics with stability, uniformity, simplicity, and ease of use at the forefront. This will also be in deep partnership with marketing, finance and data science teams on which the adoption of a global suite of marketing metrics is dependent.Partner with our internal applications team, data science team, finance, and marketers to build the connected data infrastructure we need to enable the best operational business decisions.The Ideal Candidate :
7 years of experience in a highly cross-functional marketing roleExperience launching SaaS tools to marketing departments, with potential experience with Sprinklr, Creator IQ, Salesforce, Generative AI tools, or other marketing tools.Experience or background with both marketing and technical teams such as data science and engineering.Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with the ability to 1) provide recommendations in a clear and concise way by making complex problems simple and, 2) engage with global stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
Salary : $120 - $140
