Job Description : Product ManagerThe Product Managers are part of the product management organization. They are integral to our game design, development, and execution, as they ensure an aspect of a game can achieve its business targets.
Essential Functions / ResponsibilitiesOwn the business goals for a portion of one of our games (e.g., meta, economy, monetization strategy)Manage and ensure proper execution of the game development processManage project resources and needs to meet production schedules and budgetsCreate and maintain project plans and schedulingEstablish and maintain a productive and communicative working environment, ensure the team is aligned with the vision and goals of the productWork with senior product managers and project leads to understand and / or define KPI targetsPartner with development teams to ensure features can achieve KPIs, recommend and implement new processes to improve efficiencyEnsure a balanced economy for events and new featuresExecute the feature roadmap (including breaking down features further and setting sub-goals)Ensure external stakeholder needs are metDefine and execute AB and multivariate tests to meet goals and create product and player insightEnsure all project documentation is complete and up to date; help maintain shared libraryLead by example, creating a strong sense of purpose and community, and promoting a culture ofExemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactionWork with analysts for research, and strategic monitoring of the industryMonitor health of the game (e.g., key KPIs, player sentiment)Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management and the game teams to help inform business, UA, and strategic decisions

Education and Experience4 years of experience in product management, live operations, or analytics in gaming (mobile, PC, or console)Experience on at least 1 top titleThorough understanding of the free-to-play business modelUnderstand game team structures, dynamics, and leadershipExperience with a live serviceExperience in experimental design, game design and productionBachelor's degree in math, statistics, finance, economics or related fieldMB plus
Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkOur core hours are 10 : 00am to 6 : 00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings etc. during this time. This means you will be required to work longer hours on occasion, especially during periods when staff is working late to meet tight deadlines etc.
