Job Description :
The Currency, Commodities & Derivative Operations (CCDO) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across CCDO businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses.
Within CCDO, the teams provide multiple services such as CCDO trade control, settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.
The Commodities & GFX Trade Control Team is seeking a Trade Control Analyst to join our growing team
This role supports the expanding Global Commodities & GFX business covering multiple products, and instruments. Full technical training will be provided
Our role is focused on supporting the trading desk, and being responsible for trade validation / reconciliation, trade amendments, regulatory & management reporting, process and risk improvement and issue resolution.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is intellectually curios, keen to develop, and has a great attention to detail all whilst working in a fast paced, diverse and rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities :
- Trade Validation - Reconcile OTC and Exchange trades to ensure trades are booked accurately against System of Record.
- Perform trade amendments on T 1 to correct booking errors as needed.
- Investigating and resolving breaks - Working closely with Sales & Trading, Confirmations, Settlements, and Finance to resolve breaks / inquiries.
- Work on adhoc requests
