- Weβre looking for a Music Content Operations Research Analyst to join our team! If you have 1 years of experience in market research with a music industry background and a keen eye for operational, system, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity in the music and media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing research initiatives with North American music publishing partners
- Develop workflows to monitor publishing data and create scalable solutions
- Utilize visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends
- Communicate with partners regarding data delivery, validation, and documentation
- Support the global publishing ops team in case management, task tracking, ingestion failures, and research support
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in market research, music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of copyright and music licensing, with an understanding of IP policy sensitivities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Preferred: Music industry research experience with a label, music publisher, or DSP.
Must-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of copyright and music licensing
- Experience in market research initiatives
- Ability to work with cross-functional internal & external teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Technical skills (coding, SQL)
